Buyer Obligations   

 

Some items are sold on this site by Order, unless there is a positive number in the stock available declaration at the top of the item sale page.  

 

(Look underneath the product code).  

 

To Order is to purchase .   

You pay for the item and we send it out to you when it arrives in our warehouse.  

 

If you do not want to buy items by Order, do not purchase an item unless it has a positive number in the stock available declaration.

 

Your purchase Order is a contract.  

Select to BUY only if you are serious about purchasing the item/s. 

 

Also be aware that the products you select must amount to a minimum sum of AUD $10.00 to complete your purchase and process your Order.   

 

This sum is separate to postage and handling fees.

 

Your Order cannot be completed until this minimum sum is reached.  

 

You can check the sum of your Order, including postage and handling, at pre checkout

 

If there are any problems, you can easily exit the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Australian Buyers

 

Australia Post Money Order (Pay to Lilipily Spirit).

All of our shop items have fixed prices that are quoted on the product pages and are listed at the checkout.

 

If you have commissioned a specially created piece, you will be sent an invoice for you to finalise your purchase.  

 

Your commission will not be actioned until your funds have CLEARED in our account.

Postage and Handling 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your Order contains more than one item code, your shipment may be split into separate parcels with different arrival dates.  

 

In most cases, you will not be charged extra postage for delivery.

 

We ship from Australia, where we are based. 

 

We do ship internationally. 

Please see the international destinations available at checkout, or contact us with your enquiry 

 

We try to ship as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee this. 

 

Please allow at least 5 days for processing before your purchase is shipped.

 

If an item needs to be manufactured  to complete your Order, please understand that it may take 4 - 6 weeks to be delivered. 

 

 

 

 

Australian Buyers

 

Delays in delivery time are not under our control after your parcel is posted. 

 

We cannot guarantee factors beyond our control.

 

If your item is sent by parcel post, you will be advised of the receipt number which can be used in any contact with Australia Post if your item/s do not arrive or have been damaged in transit.

 

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, a card should be left in your mailbox to pick your parcel up with at your local post office.  This may require proof of identity and signature.

 

Tracked mail is not insured mail. 

 

Australia Post Extra Cover insurance can be purchased at check out if you want insurance cover for your item/s.

 

We do not guarantee products lost or damaged in transit. 

 

 

International Buyers

 

Be aware that international registered post is not trackable mail It does, however, require a signature for receipt. 

 

Select international express post or a courier service if you want to track your mail.

Postal fees are also viewable at checkout.

 

Depending on your postal address, delivery can be 15-21 working days after your parcel is posted, but can occasionally be longer.

If your item is sent by registered post international or pack and track international, you will be advised of the receipt number which can be used in any contact with Australia Post International or your local provider if your item/s do not arrive or have been damaged in transit.

 

Australia Post Extra Cover insurance can be purchased at check out if you want insurance cover for your item/s.

 

Be aware that insurance is only available with registered post international and pack and track international services.

 

We do not guarantee products lost or damaged in transit. 

 

Please Be Warned and check with your Government Authorities before ordering natural products such as wooden wands, smudge sticks, shells, resins and herbs

 

Some countries have stringent LAWS about importing these goods. 

 

Lilipily Spirit will not be held responsible if authorities in your country seize goods ordered by you from us.

Cancellations  

 

Do not select or BUY Order items if you do not want to wait longer for your selection/s to arrive.

 

Inherent in any Order purchase is the possibility of it becoming a back order if our suppliers don't have the item when we order it from them.

 

This just means that your item may need to be manufactured before being supplied.

 

Only if an Order item is ultimately found unable to be supplied  will we allow cancellation of an Order purchase.

 

Make Order purchases only after considering these possibilities.

 

We do, however, consider individual circumstances where you reveal a need to cancel your Order.

 

If you feel you have a special case to apply,  then you must contact us within 24 hours after making your purchase

Cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

 

Use the blue contact us button, below, to send a cancellation request.

 

If your request is accepted, we will then refund you within 48 hours, minus a 10% surcharge to cover fee transactions lost to us due to banking processes. 

 

Please allow your bank a few days to process this refund.  This process is outside our control.

 

 

 

 

We do not give refunds for change of mind. 

 

Cancellations can only be processed before shipment of your Order has been completed, so it is in your best interests to be quick to contact us ! 

 

Once an Order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.   

Specially commissioned items cannot be cancelled. 

 

We may allow a longer period for you to complete payment for a specially commissioned item, but the item will not be actioned until payment is processed and CLEARED in our account.

Selections     

 

Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

 

Be aware that items may be sold by Order unless there is a positive number in the stock available  declaration on the item sale page.

 

Before purchase, please consider the measurements i.e. size and length.

 

View all images and read the descriptions to enable correct selection. This information is listed with each item and is as close to accurate as possible. 

 

It is possible that some goods may look a little different to their pictures when you get them, but if you examine these details you will see that we provided all correct information for your assessment.

 

Any differences between the pictures and the actual items you receive are due to unavoidable factors such as photographic lighting, contrast, etc. 

 

We provide as many details as possible to enable your selection.  Please don't rely on the pictures, alone.

 

Handcrafted and hand tooled merchandise  may have minor flaws, small dings, ticks, scratches or off centre alignments. 

 

These minor flaws in handcrafted items are normal and should not be considered defects. 

 

No two handmade items are the same.  Each handmade item is  unique. 

 

Natural products have natural variances so the size and shape is always approximate, e.g. abalone shells for smudge dishes, or tumbled gemstones. 

 

Gemstones and crystals may have inclusions, and polished stones may have rough sections

 

Unique art and jewelry products can only be assessed by the information we provide on our sitePlease examine this information carefully. 

 

We liaise with customers who purchase commissions to enable the fullest completion of their wishes. 

With that in mind, refunds are therefore not given for disappointment.

 

Posters and printed items may not have exactly the same colors as the website picture due to printing limitations (although we show the clearest representation we can).

 

Some silver plated products may be termed as silver color or silvered. 

 

(If an item is made of silver, this will be noted in the product description - usually by the words '925', 'silver', or 'sterling silver').

 

Some stainless steel plated products may be termed stainless steel color

 

(Quality stainless steel items such as jewelry pendants, chains, or earrings and their hooks wil be termed stainless steel or titanium).

 

Some colors may be named after gems but may not be gemstones. 

 

(True gemstones will always be noted as being gemstones, and will often have additional metaphysical information about those gemstones).

 

Some wood products may be described by the color stain of a type of wood but may not be that type of wood. 

 

(If the type of wood and it's authenticity is important, this will be shown in the product description, e.g. sandalwood or rosewood).

 

Some gemstone or leather products may be reconstituted.  (This will usually be stated).

 

(Carefully read product descriptions for further information).

 

Items described as seconds may have a used or imperfect appearance but will be new stock.

 

While we always give you the fullest information we have available, we cannot guarantee this information if we are unaware that an element is not as described by our suppliers.

 

(Be assured that if such a problem crops up, we sort it out quickly).

 

Be aware that whilst we provide information on this site to enable selection in our shop and to inspire you, all our metaphysical products are sold as curios only.  As such, we make no overt claim to their powers or purposes. 

 

We cannot guarantee any claims for good health, wellbeing, cures, antidotes, magical outcome, prosperity, success, protection, blessings, etc.  All such claims should be considered anecdotal advice.

 

Every effort is made to supply as much information as possible to enable your selection and satisfaction with our products.

Damages, Returns & Refunds   

 

We carefully inspect all items to ensure that they are not damaged and pack them very well before we send them out to you. 

 

We are not responsible for your item/s once they are shipped, unless damage occurred before they were shipped. 

 

This is highly unlikely, but if you can prove your case we do try to respond helpfully. 

 

We are not robots on a production line, but real people who can sometimes make human errors. 

 

We always aim for your complete satisfaction with our products and services, and will fix any problems where we can.

 

If your goods have been delivered and are defective or obviously damaged prior to shipping, we ask you to provide written notice of the defect or damage together with a digital photograph within seven days of receiving the goods. 

 

Claims will only be recognised if they are made within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

In the form, please  include the following details:

When we reply to your notice, you will then be able to contact our e-mail address directly and can then send the digital photograph of the items as an attachment to the e-mail. 

 

Do not return your goods until we give you permission to do so.

 

If we agree to a return, the postage must be paid by you, the buyer. 

 

Item/s must be in their original condition and with the original packaging

 

Packaging must not be unnecessarily torn or destroyed. 

 

All customers returning items are required to pack returned goods well, so that they are not further damaged in transit coming back to us.

 

(We will compare the digital evidence with what arrives).  

Please note that we will only credit returns  if the delivery costs are reasonable and not excessive. 

 

Repack goods to be returned to us in a box properly sized for the goods.

 

Do not use an oversized box that will incur a greater postage fee than necessary

 

Our business is based in Australia. 

Be aware of this if you are returning items from an international destination.

 

International customers who are permitted to return goods will not be sent replacement goods. 

 

International customers will be recompensed for their return postage to us only if we find that we are at fault  with any damage to the goods.

 

Once your goods are received by us, and if we can clearly see that we are at fault  in any damage to your goods, international customers will be refunded the value of the damaged goods, plus return shipping costs, minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

We will also provide a 10% discount off your next purchase.  This refund and/or discount is always at our discretion.

 

Australian customers will be recompensed for return postage only if we can clearly see that we are at fault  in any damage to your goods. 

 

Once your goods are received by us, and if we can clearly see that we are at fault  in any damage to your goods, Australian customers will be credited return shipping costs, and we will replace the damaged goods.

 

Replacements will be resent with no extra charge.  

 

In the event that we cannot replace the damaged goods, we will offer you a refund for the value of the damaged item/s, minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

Refunds are generally issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item/s.  Be aware that bank processing may delay the appearance of this refund in your records. 

 

We will also provide a 10% discount off your next purchase.

 

Only the value of the damaged item/s will be refunded.

Our original delivery fees will not be refunded. 

 

Return shipping costs will only be refunded if no further damage occurs in transit and the goods are packed well in a suitably sized box.

 

If an incorrect product has been supplied to you we will allow an exchange on that item after we receive digital photographic evidence from you that confirms the wrong item was supplied. 

 

Once the item has been received by us and confirmed as the wrong item, we will recompense your return shipping We will also pay the shipping to send the correct item back to you.

 

Any product for return/exchange by Australian customers must be received by us within 14 days  from when the order arrived to you. 

 

All customers should allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods for any refund to be fully processed by your bank, or for replacement/s to be shipped to Australian customers.

 

International customers will be assessed depending on their location and reasonable leeway will be given to allow time for items to be returned. 

 

We do not send replacements to International customers.

 

We do not allow exchanges except for damaged goods or where an incorrect product has been supplied.

 

 

 

Special or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. 

 

We liaise with customers who purchase commissions to enable the fullest completion of their wishes. 

 

With that in mind, refunds are not given for disappointment.

 

We take every care with your product before it is sent out to you, and ensure it is packed safely. 

 

You are advised to insure your commission against damages in transit by selecting a delivery option with insurance at checkout. 

 

If your commissioned or unique product has been damaged in transit, it may be possible to be repaired in some cases. 

 

This is the only instance where we allow return of these items, so we can fix them for you. 

 

Please contact your insurer for assent before liaising with us to have your item repaired. 

 

Return post for item/s to be fixed must be paid by you, and further payment will be required to ship the item back to you.

 

A minimum fee will be required for repairing your damaged item/s. 

 

We only repair items we have created ourselves.

 

You will be advised on a cost for the repair before we do the work, or before we charge any fees for repair. 

 

Please be aware that repaired items may not look exactly the same.  Some leeway must be allowed for creative transformation where items have been damaged, to enable an aesthetic repair.

 

If we find we cannot fix the damage, you will be asked if you want the item to be shipped back to you in its damaged condition. 

 

Payment for return shipping must be paid by you.
